You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if there is any unauthorized use of your account. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details.

2. User Dashboard

2.1 Total Scan

The dashboard will display the total number of QR codes you have scanned.

2.2 Under Process

This section will show all scans that are currently being processed by our system.

2.3 Accepted

Scans that have been successfully accepted and completed will be displayed in the Accepted section.

2.4 Current Balance

Your current balance, including any credits or rewards earned through the application, will be displayed in this section. Please note that balance calculations are final, and any disputes must be raised within [insert timeframe] of the balance being updated.

3. Use of the Application

3.1 QR Code Scanning

Users may scan QR codes using the application. By scanning a QR code, you agree that the information obtained through the scan will be used for processing your request or providing relevant services as described within the application.

3.2 Manual Code Entry

In cases where QR code scanning is not possible, users may manually enter a code. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the code entered.

3.3 Ledge

The Ledge feature allows you to track and view all your past scans and their respective statuses. You are responsible for reviewing this information regularly.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not engage in any fraudulent or illegal activities when using our services.

4.2 Prohibited Actions

You are prohibited from:

  • Using the application to upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or objectionable.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the application’s functionality.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the application or its systems.
